• Complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Drywall, paint and wallpaper repairs.
• Familiar with computers, Microsoft, Windows OS and yes, I wrote the code for this website.
• Install audio and visual equipment for business meeting rooms.
• Maintain parts inventory and purchase supplies.
• Operate portable radio to stay in communication with Hotel Staff.
• Pool and Spa maintenance – cleanliness, filters, motors, pumps, and water treatment.
• Preform minor repairs, adjustments, or maintenance on HVAC – Carrier, Daikin, Greenheck, Semco, Seresco and Trane.
• Proficient in reading building layouts, floor plans and schematics.
• Provide backup response in emergencies, being available on call.
• Record and maintain preventive maintenance logs on all building equipment.
• Repair/replace sinks, tub faucets, drains, toilets and toilet flush valves (auto / manual).
• Research at least 3 estimates from outside vendors for repairs if needed to cut cost.
• Skillful in using a variety of tools (hand / power) and testing equipment.
• Troubleshoot/repair/replace: Blodgett ovens, Bunn coffee makers, Danby microwaves, Hoshizaki ice machines, soda and juice dispensers, Milnor washer and dryers, Kaba electronic locks, Hager closer, handles and hinges, Stanley automatic sliding doors, variety of electrical breakers, switches, receptacles, ballasts and lights, Lochinvar domestic hot water heaters, Armstrong pumps and motors, LG televisions, Teledex/Cetis telephones, True exercise equipment, Windsor vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbers, Zurn plumbing fixtures (auto / manual) and program clock radios.
